Welcome to FIT-REC. By using this mobile application, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FIT-REC, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

FIT-REC is intended for personal use to help users track their weight and progress. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You are solely responsible for any data you input into the app, including weight records, photos, and notes.

3. Data and Storage

All data entered into FIT-REC is stored locally on your device. The app does not sync data to any server, nor does it collect or transmit personal data.

FIT-REC is not responsible for any loss of data due to device failure, deletion of the app, or other issues. It is your responsibility to back up your device if needed.

4. In-App Purchases & License

FIT-REC offers optional premium features that can be unlocked through a one-time in-app purchase.

• The premium purchase is tied to your Google account.
  
  

• Access to premium features will only be available on devices that are signed in with the same Google account used for the purchase.
  
  

• Switching to a different Google account on the same or another device may result in loss of access to premium features.
  
  

• We do not offer cross-platform syncing, family sharing, or account-based premium tracking at this time.
  
  

Please make sure you are using the correct Google account when purchasing and using the app.

5. No Medical Advice

FIT-REC is not a medical app and does not provide medical advice. It is a self-tracking tool intended for general wellness purposes only. Please consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making any health-related decisions.

6. Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the app at any time with or without notice.

We may also update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the app following changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FIT-REC and its developers are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to data loss, personal injury, or third-party claims.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
