Hi! I'm Emily, and I'm currently living in Pennsylvania! I currently work as a designer at a Pittsburgh-based engineering group.
I'm a recent graduate from the Arts in Architecture program at Carnegie Mellon University.
My focuses are currently on drafting and BIM coordination, but I'm also very interested in ethics and equity in architecture, video game design, primarily through the lens of UI, and TTRPG design, including writing, playtesting, and graphic design.
I have worked briefly as an architecture intern in Virginia, which included commercial and residential projects, and new construction and additions, and as a project intern at the nonprofit org Matt's Maker Space, developing and rebranding their image through digital and print media.
I love expressing myself through art in my free time, often through painting and embroidery. I also love music; I have been playing piano since a young age, and have been learning various percussion instruments since high school. Most recently, I was part of the Carnegie Mellon Kiltie Band, also known as the Band Without Pants.
