We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. Please call us at 07 9498618 during regular business hours to cancel or reschedule your appointments. A gentle reminder that any cancellation and/or rescheduling can be done 24 hours prior to your appointment. Also $25 will be Charged if not give 24 hour notice!

When a deposit is made or needed for a service, this will be non-refundable if a cancellation is made. 

This covers any potential business to your Stylist or Beautician that has been missed out on due to that day and/or time being booked out to pamper you.
