EFL Area Measure (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a GPS tracking, field monitoring, and area measurement application developed for authorized users and organizations. Area Measurement Data
When users use the area mapping feature, the App may store polygon points and calculated area values locally on the user’s device. This data is used to help users measure and review mapped areas.
Device and App Data
The App may process technical data needed for app functionality, such as app session state, selected language, saved login session, and local preferences.

3. Location Data
The App is designed to display GPS tracking information for assigned devices. The App may show precise location data, route history, and movement records. This information is used only for tracking, monitoring, history review, and field operation purposes.
The App does not sell location data.

• Firebase / Google Cloud services for account/profile/session storage
• iTrackSafe web API for GPS device tracking data
• Google Maps services for displaying maps and location-related features
• Local device storage for saving app preferences and area measurement data
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, our service, or others.
5. Data Storage and Security
The App uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. Authentication tokens and preferences may be stored locally on the user’s device using app storage. Some account and session data may be stored in Firebase Firestore.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
Account and session data may be retained while the user or organization continues using the service. Local app data such as language settings and area polygon data may remain on the device until the user clears app data, logs out, or uninstalls the App.
Tracking records are provided through the connected tracking service and may be retained according to the service provider’s system and the organization’s operational requirements.
7. User Control and Account Deletion
Users may log out from the App at any time.
If you want to request account deletion or removal of stored account/profile data, please contact us using the contact details below. Because accounts are managed by the service administrator, deletion requests may require verification of the user or organization.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children. It is intended for authorized business, field operation, farm, and organization users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
