You can delete all of your data at any time by using the "Clear All Data" button in the App. Once cleared, your data cannot be recovered.

To provide AI-powered features, the App may send your input (such as your goals or effort logs) to an external AI service provider (e.g., OpenAI) for analysis.

The data is processed only to generate responses and recommendations.

We do not permanently store this content on our own servers.

While we take steps to ensure secure communication with the AI service provider, please note that no system can guarantee 100% security.

Data sent to the AI provider is subject to that provider's own privacy and security practices.

You are in full control of your data inside the App.

At any time, you may delete all entered data by tapping "Clear All Data."

Once deleted, the data is permanently removed from your device and cannot be restored.
