These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Effitrux application, website, services and related features (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account or using Effitrux, you agree to these Terms.

Effitrux is a transport pricing and profitability platform designed to help transport companies, logistics businesses, fleet operators and owner-operators calculate transportation costs, generate quotations and analyze business performance.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Service.
By using Effitrux, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
To access certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Keep your information up to date
Maintain the confidentiality of your password
Accept responsibility for activities conducted through your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Certain features of Effitrux require a paid subscription.
Subscription plans may include:
Basic
Pro
Subscription prices may change in the future.
Any pricing changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next renewal period, where permitted by law.
Payments are processed through third-party providers including:
Google Play Billing
Apple App Store Billing (if applicable)
RevenueCat
Effitrux does not collect or store payment card information.
Subscription renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by the policies of the relevant app store or payment provider.
Effitrux may offer a free trial period.
At the end of the trial period:
Access to premium features may be restricted
Users may be required to purchase a subscription to continue using certain features
Effitrux reserves the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable laws
Attempt unauthorized access to the Service
Interfere with the operation of the Service
Reverse engineer or copy the software
Upload malicious code
Abuse subscription systems or referral programs
Use the Service for fraudulent purposes
Effitrux reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the information you upload to Effitrux.
By using the Service, you grant Effitrux the limited rights necessary to store, process and display your data solely for providing the Service.

Effitrux, including its software, branding, logos, designs, features and content, is owned by Effitrux and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, distribute, modify or exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.
Effitrux provides calculations, estimates, reports and analytical tools.
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy:
Calculations are provided for informational purposes only
Effitrux does not guarantee accuracy, profitability or business outcomes
Users remain solely responsible for pricing decisions, quotations and business operations
All business decisions remain the responsibility of the user.
Effitrux aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Service may occasionally experience:
Maintenance
Updates
Technical issues
Third-party service disruptions
Effitrux is not liable for temporary unavailability of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Effitrux shall not be liable for:
Lost profits
Lost revenue
Business interruption
Data loss
Indirect damages
Consequential damages
The total liability of Effitrux shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Service during the preceding twelve (12) months.
Users may stop using the Service at any time.
Effitrux may suspend or terminate accounts that:
Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent activity
Present security risks
Abuse the Service
Termination may result in loss of access to account data.
Effitrux may update these Terms periodically.
Updated Terms become effective when published.
Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Croatia.
