Registration for 2025-26 Season

Registration Fees are $125 per athlete (includes wrestling card, t-shirt, and singlet rental)

Please complete ALL 5 forms listed below electronically and submit payment by cash or check written to Effingham Youth Wrestling

*Submit registration fee payment in person Nov 3 or 4 from

6-7 p.m. at the EHS wrestling room. Copies of birth certificates for first year wrestlers can be

 submitted in the application form above, via email to effinghamwrestling@gmail.com, or in person 

on Nov 3 or 4 from 6-7 p.m.*
