For the younger Mongolian native speakers "f" and "v" are rather tricky sounds for they do not exist in Mongolian. Due to their practice of Russian language, the elder usually produce a wider range of foreign complex sounds that allows some of them to easily become multilingual or polyglots. For younger children, that's different (good teachers, but poor resources, way too many students per class in the public schools etc).
At Effects Language Learning Center 9949-2595 / 8088-2595 we deal very well with those issues
Good reading skills and intelligible pronunciation are extremely important because those qualities allow the students to achieve a great level of autonomy along their studies, and give them access to vast resources through literature and internet. Knowing that their speech is clear and intelligible, the students become self-confident. Self-confidence is one of the most essential ingredients that will propel the students toward fluency, the latter being a decisive step to achieve proficiency.
