Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
General Information
I reserve the right to decline any design commissions for any reason, regardless of my commission status.
Workflow & Process
1. A mockup design is provided for your review.
2. After your approval of the design, payment is required before finalization.
3. I will proceed with the design finalization, sharing progress updates as applicable.
4. The completed design will be delivered digitally in PNG -and- PSD format.
Your PSD file will be clear, properly labeled and cleaned up with the utmost care. You will be able to rely on the PSD file that everything is layered correctly and in a clean order for easy navigation. All designs will have custom eye, halo, overall flesh and shine.
Revisions
• Revisions are offered during the design mockup stage.
• Design finalization changes are limited and may incur an additional fee.
• Unlimited correction requests are offered during the correction stages until the design has been accepted and uploaded.
Payment
• All prices are listed in Euros (€).
• Payment is accepted via PayPal.
• Payment plans may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Work begins only after payment is received following mockup approval.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
• Commissions are non-refundable once design process has begun.
• In the case of non-payment or cancellation, I reserve the right to repurpose the design concept and lines.
• If I cancel the commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
Turnaround & Delivery
• Estimated delivery is within 3-14 days, depending on complexity and queue.
• All final files are sent digitally in PNG -and- PSD format.
Usage Rights
• You may use the design at its fullest with clear credit in place.
Conduct
Professional and respectful communication is expected throughout the commission process.

Design Prices
Design Prices
Starting price: 20€
The starting price is as the name suggests, starting price. Most genotypes will fall into this category, and anything listed below will add onto the starting price. Each design will have a clear, properly labeled and cleaned up PSD that is easy to navigate. All designs will also have a custom eye, halo, overall flesh and shine, regardless of the final price.
Complexity: +10€
Various aspects affect to complexity of the genotype. (ie. complex markings, non-hereditary mutations, genobomb, etc.) Complexity charge will be added depending on the said genotype and what it requires, usually determined upon the mock-up of the design. This will be discussed upon the initial review of your design commission.
Expression: 15€ (Simple) -or- 20€ (Complex)
Depending on the expression, it will either fall into Simple or Complex tier and will have a static price based on that. This price will be determined upon the initial sketch of the expression.
Decor Applications: 5 - 50€ per decor
This price will greatly vary depending on the addition. This includes items, blessings, companions, etc. Some small decor additions might not get this charge added. This will be discussed upon the initial review of your design commission.
Physical Mutations: 3 - 10€ per Mutation (Default/Custom)
The price per physical mutation will depend on whether it is customized or retained as default. Some default physical mutations will not get this charge added. This will be discussed upon the initial review of your design commission.
