All the information regarding someone's health and location of potential exposure will be given voluntarily. The only information recorded will be the pathogen detected and relative particle concentration
This business would be run based on donations, similar to a Wikipedia model
Sensors will be aimed to be made with 50% recylcled material
Product Liability:
If someone is diagnosed incorrectly and given the wrong treatment, we are responsible for those consequences
If the patient uses our device to get a diagnosis and then gets treatment from an out of network healthcare facility we are not liable
If a person has underlying conditions with comorbidities with a disease they are exposed to, we are unable to account for that
Product Liability Solutions:
Our company will have insurance typical to malpractice insurance. This will allow us to monetarily compensate those that receive an incorrect treatment
Our company does not provide direct treatment. This means that our partnered medical professionals also share in liability
We will partner with physicians that are properly equipped to handle these comorbidities
