Teaching and Lecture Notes
Lecture Notes
An Introduction to Intuitionistic Logic. These are meant to provide a crash course in all the essentials of intuitionistic logic. They presuppose some logical maturity, but no formal prerequisites beyond a first logic course.
Courses Taught
As a teacher, I am motivated by the belief that philosophy is everywhere, and philosophical questions naturally arise in the course of inquiry in any subject. I enjoy teaching a wide variety of subjects beyond my research interests, including social and moral philosophy and philosophy of science. I have taught the following classes, some multiple times, as the sole instructor:
Engineering Ethics
Contemporary Social and Moral Problems
Introduction to Philosophy
Introduction to Logic
Critical Thinking
Modal Logic
Philosophical Logic and the Philosophy of Mathematics
The Nature of Truth
Syllabuses for these courses, as well as my teaching portfolio, are available on request.
