The terms you, your here refer to the every user of this platform.
COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
When you use our platform we collect and store your information which is provided by you from time to time. We collect the registration details when you register your details like Name, Address, District, State, Postal code, Email, Phone number, profile image, your firm or company name and address, services or products provided by you, home visit, visit charges etc. In which some fields are mandatory to fill and some may be remain blank.
At the time, when you login with your phone number, we may collect your device name, IP address, User agent, App check token and phone number. We also may collect your app installation id, app install and uninstall information.
When you show interest in a service provider's profile, send interests to them, receive interests, make deals final, we collect profile details like name, address, phone number, email, provided service, visit charges etc of the sent and received interests profiles. We also collect the same details about the profile whose deal has been turned into final.
When you like any service provider's profile, we collect the liked profile details like name, address, phone number, email, uid, provided service, visit charges, firm name, firm address, ownership etc. We also collect the same details of profile of the user or customer who likes the service provider's profile.
We collect and store the information of your correspondence made to us, the emails you send to us, the messages you send to us or any physical correspondence which made to us. We also may collect the details of telephonic conversation made between you and us while you request to receive a callback from us from the platform. We retain this information to provide better customer support, troubleshoot problems, resolve disputes and research and analysis. We also collect the information about how you use the platform and its services, interact with other users, your platform using behavior etc.
Eeasy Services shall not retain sensitive personal data or information for longer than it required for the purposes for which the information may lawfully be used.
HOW WE USE YOU INFORMATION
We use your information for internal record keeping. Information such as Name, Address, Postal code, District and State are used to keep and manage the user accounts on the Eeasy Services app. Information related to user's or service provider's firm like firm name and address is used to manage the service providers profile, which helps the users or customers to make decision of selecting them for their requirement. To manage the Services and Products, we use services and products related information like service or product name, home visit status, visit charges etc. To manage the contact and communication service between service providers and service seekers and between all users and us, we use contact details like phone number and email address, communication address etc. To show likes counts on the profiles top and manage the likes data, we use likes related data.
Your added details about profile are available on your dashboard in navigation menu and on 'Account' page under My Profile and Edit Profile links. On these pages, you can add, delete and modify your profile data. When you are a service provider, your profile data is available on 'Services' page in the service providers list. This is for users or service seekers to select profile and make contact with them.
Your received interests, if you are a service provider and your sent interests list, if you are a service provider or seeker (Because both types of users can send interests to service providers.) are available on your 'Dashboard'. You can view the complete and detailed lists of sent and received interests here. You can send email and make call to the profile owners shown in the list. Calling facility is available when the users make their phone number visible to others. You can also turn your sent and received interests into 'Final Deals' by clicking on the button 'Make This Deal Final'. The detailed list of final deals turned from interests to final deals is also available on your 'Dashboard'. When you choose a service provider's profile, you should send interest and start conversation for next things. When your work or job offered to service provider or product or goods supply is complete, you should change that interest to final deal.

We use your information for better customer service, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, update, customize and enhance your experience, detect and protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activities, enforce our terms and conditions.
We use your information for personalize customer experience, services and contents while using the platform. The information is also used to contact with you when you request and answer your questions and queries.
The information is used to enhance the platform, its services and products, safety and security of users and platform and to grow us.
