EDZ SM is owned and operated by Electricité de Zahlé ("EDZ", "we", "our", or "us").

EDZ SM allows users to:

• Verify whether the electricity supply for each subscription is provided by EDZ or by the Lebanese Government
  
  

The application does not provide payment services and does not process financial transactions.

Subscription Numbers

Users may manually enter up to three electricity subscription numbers within the application.

Important:

• Subscription numbers are stored locally on the user's device only.
  
  

• They are not stored on EDZ servers.
  
  

• They are not stored in any external database.
  
  

• EDZ does not maintain any user account or subscription database related to this App.
  
  

EDZ SM does not require user registration or authentication.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

EDZ SM does not collect or process:

• Phone numbers
  
  

• National ID numbers
  
  

• Location data
  
  

• Financial or payment information

The App does not use analytics services, advertising networks, Firebase, OneSignal, or third-party tracking tools.

4. How Information Is Used

Information entered into EDZ SM is used solely within the application to:

• Check and display whether the electricity supply for the entered subscription number is provided by EDZ or by the Lebanese Government

EDZ does not:

6. Data Storage and Security

• Subscription numbers are stored locally on the user's device.
  
  

• Removing a subscription number from the App deletes it from the device.
  
  

• Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.
  
  

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices.

7. Data Retention

Because EDZ does not store subscription numbers on its systems through this App:

• Data is retained until the user deletes it or uninstalls the App.

EDZ SM does not integrate with:
