About Me

I am currently a service associate professor and director of the Knee Regulatory Research Center (formally Knee CSOR) at the John Chambers College of Business and Economics at West Virginia University. I am also a senior affiliated scholar with the Mercatus Center at George Mason University and a senior research fellow with the Archbridge institute.
