Elected Positions are voted on every 4 years by Family Board Members
Family Board Member
15 total board members.
3 members can be outside the family.
Unpaid position until growth necessitates otherwise.
The first board will be selected by founder for a 4-year term.
If not elected, can only serve 18 months
Officers can only be removed by a majority of the board along with the approval of the founder
The founder will have a vote on the board, but will be a liaison to the board and can make proposals.

Funding
Funding shall be provided by the collection of dues
Dues are $5 per member in family
Dues will be capped at $20 for a family of 4 plus.
Members 65 or older are exempt
Benefits: Grants
To be eligible for a grant, member must be up to date on dues
Non-dues paying members must wait the number of months of not paying dues from inception along with dues paid in full to be grant eligible
All grants must be approved by three-fourths of the board and signed by the Treasurer
Scholarships
Community
10% of funds must go back into the community
Meetings
Meetings will be convened monthly
All members must meet and convene every two years
Legislation
Amendments must be approved by Super majority of both members and the Board with the signature of the President and the Founder
