Heng Ee How holds a Master of Education Specialization in English language

teaching (UUM), a Bachelor of Language and Linguistics (UM), a Professional

Certificate in Communication Skills (Trinity College London, UK) and a Japanese

Language & Culture certificate (Soka University, Japan). Currently, she teaches

English language courses, public speaking and Japanese language at Tunku Abdul

Rahman University of Management and Technology. Additionally, She is the

Chairperson of Advancing Innovative Research and Development Centre since 2024.

She was the organising committee and session chair of the Malaysian Applied

Linguistics Association Asia Pacific Conference (MAAL APC) 2022 and the

associate editor of Malaysian Applied Linguistics Association newsletter (2022)

editorial committee. She collaborated with both national and international universities

on research projects, contributing articles to leading refereed journals (such as Web of

Science, Scopus) and association newsletters—most notably, she published a

prestigious Web of Science Q1 paper. She was the Co-chair of “Inagural TAR UMT

Research Symposium 2023”, and the Chairperson of “From Talent to Hired: A

Symposium on Impressing Employers on MYFutureJobs”. At present, she is the

Chairperson of “EduTechPsych Symposium 2025: Integrating Minds, Technology,

and Education for Future Advancement”.
