FAQ

If I sign up for group classes, will my kid have to stay the whole time?

The answer is no. Kids only have to stay on group classes for as long as your child needs. The only thing we will say is it might make it a little more fun if your child came in at around the times we regularly have activities, just so they won't be coming in while we are in the middle of doing something.

What if I need my child to stay longer than I paid for?

We will do our best to accommodate last minute changes. Of course if you can let us know in advance that is better. If you suspect you may need to book a lot of last minute appointments, we would suggest you buy our bundle deal, so then you will have seven hours, and you can use them whenever you need. Details are on the costs page.

How do I pay for my kids classes?

The way we will ask you to pay is with Paypal, Venmo, or another online paying app.

What type of activities will my kid do?

For private lessons, depending on your kids age and skill level we will do activities based on their skills and schoolwork. In group lessons we play some games to get to know each other like two truths and a lie, and we will play educational games too, like Simon Says, draw a shape! This is a fun game where kids will learn to recognize and draw basic shapes like an oval or a square.

How do you guys make sure my child doesn't get upset and walk away?

We will try our best to make your child feel happy and excited to come to our class! In chances that your child does get upset we will ask you do a calming session with both the kid and parent for at least one time until we feel your child is ready to be back in our regular classes. Calming sessions will not cost extra money, it is just the same as regular group lesson, but without the other children.

How old should my child be?

Our current ages are 3-8, we want to make it fair for other kids, so if you tell us how old your child is, we may be able to help babysit them, too.

When should I pay for classes?

We do prefer if you can pay prior to class to reduce miscommunications. If you do end up forgetting, we will send you an email and work it all out then. For last minute babysitting, your answer is above at what if I need my child to stay later than I asked for, but if you can, prevent last minute requests.
