Founded in 2023, EDUNEX is a research and expertise network operating as a micro-SME with strong international experience in publicly funded education, training, and employment initiatives, including Erasmus+. Our Team
Having earned a BA in Foreign Languages and International Relations, she gained extensive experience as a senior educational expert at the Ministry of National Education (MoNE) between 1998 and 2024. Expertise in international policy initiatives, Erasmus+ projects, program design, strategic analysis, and authoring comprehensive assessments. Skilled in international communication, negotiation, project management, and on-time delivery.
Meral Hacıpaşaoğlu
BA in History and Foreign Languages. Served as Deputy Director General for the EU and Foreign Relations Directorate at MoNE (1997–2013), Director of Bahçeşehir College İncek Campus (2013–2019), and Ankara Regional Coordinator (2019–2020). She has expertise in overseeing policy initiatives for the EU Commission, the Council of Europe, and the OECD, as well as in strategic planning and team leadership.
Bülent Bilgin holds a BA in Graphic Design and has amassed 23 years of academic and creative managerial experience at various universities. Since 2011, he has been a lecturer in the Graphic Design Department at Nevşehir HBV University. Experienced in imaginative media design and successful advertising campaigns for domestic and international projects. Skilled in creative direction, brand strategy, management, and visual storytelling.
PhD in Applied Linguistics with extensive experience as a lecturer and administrator at national and international universities. She has contributed significantly to the Turkish Higher Education Quality Council and is a founding member of TESOL Türkiye. Well-versed in accreditation and quality assurance processes in higher education, she also specializes in curriculum design for INSET programs and project management. Skilled in academic leadership, program evaluation, faculty development, strategic planning, and cross-cultural collaboration.
Zeynep Polat holds a BA and an MA in International Relations and has extensive experience as a dedicated project coordinator. Demonstrates exceptional project management expertise combined with profound knowledge of international relations and global dynamics. She is proficient in fostering collaboration, building strong professional networks, and driving impactful initiatives. Her dedication lies in driving significant change and actively collaborating with organizations and professionals to foster a more interconnected and inclusive society.
Engin Kalkan
Engin Kalkan has a bachelor's degree in accounting and sociology and 29 years of experience in the private sector. He specializes in assisting organizations with financial statements, tax compliance, accounting, budget planning, purchasing processes, and providing strategic financial advice. He possesses extensive experience in both EU and Turkish financial regulations. He is skilled in financial analysis, risk assessment, process optimization, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.
With a BA in Public Relations and Business Administration, she brings over 20 years of experience at TRT, where she served as Chief of Broadcasting for the 4K channel. Since 2018, she has worked as an independent professional, managing social media campaigns focused on women’s rights, coordinating international events, and organising online seminars and conferences. Her expertise includes digital media strategy, campaign development, stakeholder engagement, and audience analysis.
Sencer Kezer
Sencer Kezer holds a BA in Foreign Languages and an MA in Social Services, and has amassed over two decades of experience at the Ministry of Family and Social Services, where he has served since 2000. Formerly an English teacher, later held roles at İzmir Violence Prevention and Monitoring Center Directorate and Buca Disability Center, contributing to social support initiatives and community-focused services. Skilled in case management, crisis intervention, and developing support programs for vulnerable populations.
