The primary goal of our project is to digitize the petition and request processes within the school, making these procedures faster, more efficient, and environmentally friendly. Accordingly, petition processes have been handled dynamically; thus, new workflows can be easily defined in the system and existing workflows can be modified. The web application we developed allows students to create and track their petitions online easily and quickly, while also enabling faculty members to view and evaluate the petitions submitted online by students. The interface designs of the project were developed using the VueJS framework, and it has been tested to work as expected on both mobile and desktop devices. The backend of our system was developed using Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL has been used as the database. Although Eduflow is a registiration-based Workflow Management System (WMS), it can be integrated into different situations because it has a dynamic flow management. This project is entitled to be supported by TUBITAK within the scope of 2209-A Research Project Support Programme for Undergraduate Students.
