Although it was incorporated in Nigeria by the founder, Chime Ifebuchechukwu Giland, the founder has clarified that this local corporate registration in Nigeria has no legal or operational effect on the institution. Furthermore, FADLU does not host any physical exam centres or campuses in Nigeria; its local presence is strictly limited to an administrative liaison office.
