Dr. Cheng Yao-Chung

Dr. Cheng Yao-Chung, currently an Associate Professor at the Center for Teacher Education, National Changhua University of Education (NCUE). He was awarded his Ph.D. from the Department of Industrial Education and Technology at National Changhua Normal University. His scholarly pursuits primarily revolve around areas such as training for secondary school teachers, educational adminstration, postive psychology, cyber psychology and the exploration of contemporary educational trends.

Before his affiliation with the Center for Teacher Education at NCUE, Dr. Cheng served as a high school principal for seven years and a middle school teacher for seventeen years. He was appointed as the Principal of National Changhua Girls' Senior High School in 2012 by Taiwan's Ministry of Education, a position followed by his appointment as the Principal of National Hsin Hua Senior High School in 2018.

Since 2019, Dr. Cheng has been imparting knowledge and facilitating learning at the Center for Teacher Education at NCUE. Beyond teaching, he has served on numerous special research projects sponsored by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Science and Technology in Taiwan Moderator. Dr. Cheng is deeply committed to bridging the gap between educational theories and practice.
