About the programme

Education from a premier institution offers better academic experience, broader perspectives and global competitiveness to students. Firsthand information on global education climate is of course the most valuable gift to any ambitious students. We at Amal College, aim to bring out few outstanding faculty members and students from different national and international universities to a YouTube live interactive event where participants ask question and get it answered.

Expected audience – It is a YouTube live event. We have specially invited all our degree students from Amal College (Bcom, BBA, BA Eng, BTHM, BA Economics, Bsc Computer Science, Bsc Psychology, Bsc Physics & Maths). Anyone who wish to watch us on YouTube can also be part of this programme. We expect few students from other colleges also watch live. The recorded version will be available on YouTube.

Topic expectation – As we have representation from almost all major institutions, every speaker can talk about their personal story of reaching into such institutions and important information like courses, admission process, fees, campus environment, uniqueness of the institution etc.

Language of delivery – As majority of the audience are expected to be degree students we recommend to use Malayalam for most part of the discussion

Question and Answer Session – We expect viewers to post their questions in the YouTube live chat box. Moderator of the session will pick up some important questions and raise in the session. We request our speakers to respond to questions in the comment box even after the live session is over.

How to Join - The YouTube Live broadcast powered by StreamYard is scheduled on 26^th Mar 2021, Friday 7 pm to 10 pm. The 3 hour live programme will be split into four interactive sessions of 45 minutes each. Each session consists of a moderator and 3-5 invited speakers.

The stream lab live studio can support maximum of 5 guests at a time. Hence speakers will be admitted to the show only during the concerned session. Speakers can join the live studio from laptop/mobile directly using the link provided. No installation required

Amal Higher Education Guidance Summit 2021 is a YouTube Live event organized jointly by Career Guidance & Placement Cell, PG Department of English and Amal College Old Students Association.

The YouTube Live broadcast powered by StreamYard is scheduled on 26^th Mar 2021, Friday 7 pm to 10 pm.

The 3 hour live programme will be split into four interactive sessions of 45 minutes each. Each session consists of a moderator and 3-5 invited speakers.

The stream lab live studio can support maximum of 5 guests at a time. Hence speakers will be admitted to the show only during the concerned session. Speakers can join the live studio from laptop/mobile directly using the link provided. No installation required

The programme will be live streamed on Amal College officioal YouTube channel. Viewers can ask questions in the YouTube live comment box. The moderator will pass it to the speakers and get it answered during the session or as reply comment.

Each speaker will be allowed a time slot of 10-12 minutes and he/she is expected to introduce himself and about his university, courses and so on. In case of more questions speakers are requested to answer them as reply comments in YouTube live itself.
