Please note that once a class has been allotted to a teacher, they won't be eligible to take on another class until the status of the current class is cleared. This includes ensuring that payment for the current class is cleared.
براہ کرم نوٹ کریں کہ ایک بار جب کسی استاد کو کوئی کلاس الاٹ کر دی جاتی ہے، تو وہ دوسری کلاس لینے کے اہل نہیں ہوں گے جب تک کہ موجودہ کلاس کی حیثیت واضح نہ ہو جائے۔ اس میں یہ یقینی بنانا بھی شامل ہے کہ موجودہ کلاس کی ادائیگی کلیئر ہو چکی ہو۔
2.Important Policy Regarding Tutor Payments
Please note that tutors aren't eligible to conduct upcoming classes until all pending or previous class fees have been cleared.
However, if a tutor pays the academy's share of the fee themselves before receiving payment from parents, they then become eligible to take on new classes. Once they receive the full fee directly from the parents, they can keep the entire payment, as they've already settled the academy's portion.

3.Policy on Resumed Classes and Percentage Calculation
If classes are discontinued and later resumed, the remaining percentage will be applied based on the new, adjusted duration of the class.
اگر کلاسز بند کر دی جاتی ہیں اور بعد میں دوبارہ شروع کی جاتی ہیں، تو بقیہ فیصد کا اطلاق کلاس کی نئی، ایڈجسٹ شدہ مدت کی بنیاد پر کیا جائے گا۔

5.Can a teacher forward a class to another teacher?
No, a teacher is not allowed to forward a class to any other teacher under any circumstances.
This policy is in place to protect the trust and safety of our students and parents for two main reasons:
Vetting and Registration: The other teacher is not registered with us, meaning we have no data on their qualifications or background.
Parental Consent: The parents were not informed about this change. They specifically chose you based on your profile, and forwarding the class to someone else is a breach of that trust.
If you are unable to attend a class for any reason, you must inform us immediately by providing feedback. This allows us to plan accordingly and find a suitable replacement, ensuring the class can continue without disruption.
6.Are teachers required to provide feedback, and what kind of information should they share?
Yes, teachers are required to give feedback at each stage of the process. This "auto-feedback" helps us stay informed and manage your classes effectively.
Here is the feedback you are expected to provide:
When a demo class is scheduled: Share your address with us before you go.
After the demo class: Give us feedback on the family and the teaching environment.
When the class is finalized: Update us on the final terms and conditions that have been agreed upon.
7.What are the safety guidelines for female teachers when meeting a new family?
The safety and security of our female teachers are our top priority. As you will be meeting families for the first time, we require you to follow these safety guidelines at all times:
Bring a Companion: Always take a parent, family member, husband, or a reliable friend with you to the initial meeting.
Share Your Location: Immediately share the exact address, location, and the parents' contact number with your family or a trusted contact.
Inform Your Family: Provide the parents' contact number to the head of your family.
Personal Responsibility: Your safety is non-negotiable. Please take all necessary safety measures at any cost before you agree to and join a new class.

8.Can I use my personal bank account for any fee transactions?
Can I use my personal bank account for any fee transactions?
No, teachers are not allowed to use their personal account numbers for any sort of transactions. All fees must be processed through the institute as per the terms and conditions for both online and offline classes.
Commission: A 60% commission is charged on the first month's fee only.
Fee Collection: To ensure security for all parties, Educationist collects the tuition fees for online classes in advance at the beginning of each month.
Tutor Payment: Your share of the fee will be paid to you by the end of each month, as long as the tuition continues.
Payment Method: You must provide the parents with our official RAAST ID for fee transfers: 03328200082 - Meezan Bank 08090101614285.
Commission: A 60% commission is charged on the first month's fee.
First Month's Payment: We will collect the first month's fees from the client and will transfer your share after 15 days of the class start date.
Subsequent Payments: Starting from the second month, you will collect the full fee directly from the client.
