How To Process Payment ?

Processing your payment is incredibly simple and designed for your convenience, especially for our customers in India.

1. Scan the QR Code: Locate the UPI QR code displayed directly on your screen (or on our payment page).

2. Enter Amount & Pay: Open your preferred UPI-enabled app (like Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.), use its "Scan & Pay" feature, and then manually enter the exact amount of your chosen package.

3. Confirm Your Payment & Package: Once the payment is successful in your UPI app, it's crucial that you notify our team immediately via email at educash.info@gmail.com or by WhatsApp to +4915210923104 (German Number).

4.  Please include your transaction ID (or a screenshot of the successful payment) AND explicitly mention the name of the package you have chosen (e.g., Silver, Gold, or Platinum Package).

This step allows us to promptly verify your payment, identify your selected service, and initiate your journey without delay. It's a quick, secure, and hassle-free way to make payments directly from your UPI app.

What If I Don't use UPI ?

No worries at all! While UPI is a popular and convenient option for many of our Indian clients, we understand it might not be suitable for everyone, especially if you're an international customer. We offer alternative payment methods to ensure a smooth transaction for you.

What If I Entered The Wrong Amount ?

• Your UPI Transaction ID.

What If I Didn't Send The Name Of The Package With The Payment Confirmation ?

Don't worry, we can still identify your payment! It's super helpful when you include the package name, but we understand it can sometimes be missed.
