Peeker positions where we are providing a place for junior talent to add to their portfolio, earn some cash, and get a good amount of startup experience along the way. There are 3 options for compensation.
1. Revenue share with a premium cap. We calculate a monetary value based on the projects that you complete and put a fair negotiable multiple for the risk of not being paid upfront, with the contingency that Peeker as a company can give you a revenue share to pay the debt off. This is typically advisable for a shorter period of time. Example: Let's say you create 10 prompts valued at $1000 if we were to pay you upfront. Since we cannot afford that at this exact time, we value it at 2x the value due to the risk assessment. The value of your 'revenue share with a premium cap' would be $2000. The company would progressively pay you $2000 until the amount is fulfilled.
2. Equity under a vesting schedule: We calculate the value you contribute over a longer period of time, typically per year, and divide the full equity of the company to you over a 4 year vesting schedule. This is typically a more suitable option if you desire to be a full part of the team til the exit sale of the company. You would receive a calculated portion of the 'option pool'.
