During my postdoc at Grenoble Ecole de Management, I am exploring the impacts of cross sector partnerships addressing sustainability issues. In collaboration with Professor Lea Stadtler, I conducted a cross-disciplinary literature review on the “dark side” of partnerships, advancing the literature by integrating organisational, intervention, and society-centric perspectives.
My postdoc has deepened my understanding of the urgency to refine how organisations pursue sustainability, especially in sensitive ecosystems and fragile social contexts.
