Current interests
I am part of Professor Susanna Zimmermann's research group funded by the State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI). Previously, the team worked on the ERC-funded Saphidir project, which sought to describe all Sarkisov links in any dimension and in non-classic settings.
Furthermore, I am interested in the birational geometry of Calabi-Yau pairs and a refined version of the Sarkisov Program, which is called volume preserving. Some of my goals are to produce new examples of special subgroups of higher-dimensional Cremona groups via log Calabi-Yau geometry and to give a nice description of them. Additionally, I am interested in describing which birational maps between certain Calabi-Yau pairs are volume preserving, aiming at classification purposes. Recently, I have also been thinking about correspondences between abelian and K3 surface fibrations of Calabi-Yau threefolds.
My research can be found on arXiv, Google Scholar, ResearchGate and Academia.

Previous interests
During my Master I studied Combinatorics and integer partitions. My advisor was Professor Eduardo Brietzke.
The goal of my Master dissertation was to understand weighted forms of Euler's Theorem to give a combinatorial treatment for certain Ramanujan's formulas.
