Welcome!

I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the RWI – Leibniz Institute for Economic Research, in the ‘Labor Markets, Education, Population’ division .

My primary research interests are in Labor Economics, Economics of Innovation, and Economic of Inequality. A key theme in my work are skills, tasks, and technological change. In my dissertation I studied task specialization at the workplace and its impact on labor market outcomes, among others applied to the native-foreign and gender pay gap.

Currently, my resarch focus is centered around digital technologies and their implications for market power. To this end, I apply machine learning methods to analyze Big data, especially online job vacancies.

Feel free to learn more about my research on this page and get in touch if you have questions or want to chat!
