There are a few ways to use Baamboozle.
You can use games that have already been created by others.
You can create your own game.
Play the game with your class.
If you would like to use games that have already been created, click on the "Games" tab at the top of the page.
From the Games page, you can scroll through the games or use the "Search games" feature to look for games. Just type in a keyword or words and click on the magnifying glass.
If you find a game that you like and want to find it quickly, you can save it by liking it (heart icon) or save it to a folder (folder icon).
The paid version of Baamboozle will allow you to make copies of games that have already been created.

2. If you would like to create your own game, just follow the steps below.
From the main screen, click on the "+ Game" button.
Add a title, description, choose a language, and add tags if desired; click on "Make game."
Type in your question and answer.
You can adjust the point value from 5-25 points for each question by using the arrows in the "Points" box.
You can change the image options to either Question with image or Answer with image by using the arrows.
You can browse their Image Library, upload your own image, or paste in a URL for the questions/answers.
Click on the "Save" button to save the question.
Add more to your game by typing in more questions/answers and saving. The free version allows up to 24 questions.
Your game will save to your library. Just click on the "My Library" tab at the top of the screen.

3. To play the game with your class, you can either click on "Play" or "Study."
When you choose "Play" mode, there are a few more steps prior to actually playing the game.
The teacher will need to choose the number of teams playing and the grid size for the questions.
Once you have teams and grid size chosen, it is time to choose Quiz, Classic, or Classic Jr. for the game play mode.
Teams will then take turns choosing a number on the grid for their questions. Quiz mode does not have power ups, but the Classic and Classic Jr. play modes do. See question and power up example images below.
When you choose "Study" mode, the questions are more like flash cards.
Read the question, then click on the magnifying glass to see if your answer was correct.
If correct, click the green "Okay" button. If incorrect, click on the red "Oops" button to track your progress.
