Electronic Devices Research Group (EDRG) started on 2019 in Universitas Pertamina.
Dr. Roffi initiated EDRG. He obtained his doctoral degree from The University of Electro-Communications, Tokyo, Japan.
His research interests include materials growth, device fabrication, and electronics for IoT. He aims to explore and fully exploit the potentials of oxide semiconductors for electronic applications.
Dr. Soni joined EDRG in 2022. He obtained his doctoral degree from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, Surabaya, Indonesia.
He conducts research in materials science, condensed matter physics, magnetic compounds and nano/2D materials.
Our interest is in exploring the full functionality of oxide semiconductors grown by a cost-efficient synthesis technique.
We focus on creating simpler ways and techniques to make electronic devices out of oxide semiconductors.
On the other side of the world, we seek new ways to use electronic devices: sensors and actuators in IoT systems.
