Strength & Stretch of the Month
The challenge of the month is included in the monthly newsletters to create an at-home connection! Parents are welcome to join the challenge too with their kids! Teachers should incorporate this skill into class all month long and then pass it off during the pass off week. These skills are not meant to take over your class time. The only time you'll complete the entire challenge is the last week of the month.
When a student is exhausted during the strength challenge, tell them to rest for 5 seconds and get back in it, or tell them to go into a v sit, handstand, etc. Pick something so your students know what you expect of them!

Lunge Stretch
Push Up - must be strict
