Hello there! I am currently a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) at UNSW Business School, University of New South Wales. I hold a Ph.D. in Economics and Finance from the University of St.Gallen.
My research focuses on international finance, asset pricing, and market microstructure, with a focus on foreign exchange (FX) and money markets. I study how real-world frictions - such as the unintended consequences of unconventional monetary policy or of banking regulation - can distort asset prices and impact financial stability. A recurring theme is how hidden links between seemingly unrelated financial markets explain otherwise puzzling dynamics.
On this website you may find my CV, research papers, and teaching materials.
