To delete your account in from our patient app, please follow these simple steps:
Open the Patient App on your device.
Navigate to the settings or profile section of the application (STEP 1 ).
Look for the option labelled "Account Settings" or similar.
Tap on the "Account Settings" option (STEP 2).
Look for the option labelled "Delete my Account" or similar.
Tap on the "Delete my Account" option (STEP 3).
You may be prompted to confirm your decision to delete your account. Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed (STEP 4).
Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our system (STEP 4).
Please note that account deletion is irreversible, and all data associated with your account, including profile information and any saved preferences, will be lost. If you have any concerns or questions about account deletion, feel free to reach out to our support team for assistance.
