I am a co-founder, along with Noemi Bucourt, of the Woman in Finance Research Initiative (WiFRI). Our initiative is dedicated to fostering awareness of gender equality and facilitating networking and mentorship opportunities for women Ph.D. students and women professors in the Finance department at Rotman School of Management.
