Welcome to Editra (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the Editra mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

Editra is a multimedia editing application that allows users to edit images, videos, and record screens. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You must not:

• Use the app for illegal or harmful activities

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Infringe on the rights of others

2. User Content

All media created or edited using Editra (images, videos, recordings) remains your property. The app does not upload or store your content on external servers; all data is stored locally on your device.

You are solely responsible for the content you create, edit, or share using the app.

3. Premium Features & Payments

Editra offers premium features that can be unlocked through in-app purchases or subscriptions via Google Play.

• Payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing

• Premium features include ad-free experience and advanced tools

• Purchases may be one-time or recurring (subscriptions)

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account.

4. Ads

The free version of Editra displays advertisements. By using the free version, you agree to view ads. You can remove ads by upgrading to the premium version.

5. Permissions

The app may request access to:

• Storage (to save and access media)

• Microphone (for audio recording)

• Camera (for facecam features)

• Screen recording (to capture device screen)

These permissions are used only to provide app functionality.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the app, including design, branding, and features, are owned by Editra. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Editra is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Data loss or device issues

• Any damages resulting from the use of the app

• Third-party service issues (ads, payments)

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
