News
· (2024-03-11) ISBI Edited-MRS Challenge results have been accepted for publication at Magnetic Resonance Materials in Physics, Biology and Medicine (MAGMA) for their special issue on The role of artificial intelligence in MRI/MRS acquisition and reconstruction. A link to the article can be found on the Challenge Description tab.
· (2023-03-15) The deadline for the final submission of the prediction files has been extended to March 27th 2023 @ 23:59 MST.
· (2023-01-16) The template manuscript can now be found via the Challenge Description tab. The following data can now be accessed by registered teams:
· Simulated test data for Track 01,
· In vivo validation and test data for Tracks 02. (Track 03 data soon to be made available)
· (2022-12-23) The metric computation script and an example format submission file have been added to the challenge github repository .
· (2022-12-16) Simulated data (ground truths and data corruption scripts) have been released. To access the ground truths, teams must fill out the team registration form via the Team Registration tab. To access the data corruption scripts, navigate to the challenge github repository via the Challenge Description tab.
