While working through Unit 1 and exploring the benefits of having technology incorporated into classroom learning, I have quite a few takeaways from this unit. As the AI expands and improves around the world, most jobs are heavily reliant on technology in their day to day function. When reading this chapter, I highly agree that technology is very important to incorporate into the classroom and teach students how to not only use computers and other devices, but to teach them how to use technology to the best educational advantage they can. With technology, we have access to information, ideas, articles, answers, explanations, etc. at the tip of our finger tips. Learning how to embrace all of this information is highly important. 

Aside from my personal view of much I enjoyed this unit covering the importance of learning with technology, I especially enjoyed the section of educators expressing their opinions on teaching with technology. Learning is easier and more efficient with technology, and additionally, so is teaching. For example, many educators responded with replies that emphasis how much easier, assessable, and convenient technology has made their teaching strategy. Sending emails while away from home, watching educational videos or podcasts, zoom meeting with students or other teacher, and much more makes educators lives better with technology. Me personally, at my job we use a program called Pathways to train our team. With technology, we can simply ask our team to review the chapters in Pathways and complete quizzes on their own phone in their own time for training. In this way, technology has made my job even easier. There is less room for human flaw or forgetfulness when teaching employees and they can go back and re-review information on Pathways whenever they would like in their own time. It is super convenient for everyone, saves time and money for our company, and leaves less room for flawed training methods. Technology is educations and advantageous for everyone!
