Our pricing is fully transparent and fixed, just as it ought to be for our customers. The prices listed below are the total cost — no additional VAT will be charged. Furthermore, all installed parts come with a comprehensive 12-month warranty,covering both parts and labor at no extra cost.

Call‑Outs, Repairs & Installations

Standard Charges

Call‑out charge: £90

On‑site labour (first 30 minutes – minimum charge): £45

The above costs cover fault‑finding, diagnosis and any immediate repairs required. In most cases, we are able to resolve most intercom/ door entry system issue within the initial 30‑minute visit.

All T5 and T8 fluorescent lamps will be phased out in the UK after February 2024, necessitating the upgrade of Edinburgh's stair lighting to LED units. Although the initial expense of replacing existing bulkheads with LED versions may be higher, the extended lifespan of LED lighting will compensate for this cost over time, by eliminating the need for frequent tube replacements.
