2026 Annual Member Meeting

Edinburgh 8th Homeowners’ Association

Tuesday, August 4, 2026; 7:00 pm – Maitland Park

1. Call to Order

a. The meeting was called to order.

2. Approval of Agenda

a. Agenda was reviewed and approved.

3. Approval of 2025 Annual Association Meeting Minutes

a. Minutes were reviewed and approved.

4. Treasurer’s Report

  i.        Treasurer’s report was presented and approved.

b. Current financial status was reviewed.

c. Dues update: 4 homeowners have outstanding dues balances.

d. Adoption of 2027 budget  

 i.        Budget was reviewed and approved

5. Ongoing Responsibilities

a. Mailboxes: no new issues

b. Cul-de-sac maintenance: no new issues, regular maintenance continues. 

c. Pond aeration: is expected to require replacement within the next 1-2 years.

6. National Night Out

a. Positive feedback on format and continuing potluck.

7. HOA website

a. Website: www.edinburgheighth.com

b. The Board is seeking a volunteer webmaster. Anyone interested is encouraged to contact the Board.

8. Board Member Election

a. No new Board members were nominated or elected

9. Open forum

a. Residents discussed the importance of maintaining yards in accordance with HOA bylaws.

b. Next annual meeting will be Tuesday, August 3rd, 2027.

c. Next Board meeting will be Thursday, November 5th, 2026.

10.  Adjournment

a. The meeting was adjourned.
