According to the Tinkercad blog:

"Our community is the lifeblood of Tinkercad. We want to ensure that all the incredible designers, educators, and students who design and make on Tinkercad are getting the support, tools, and resources they need to create their best designs—and have their efforts recognized.

"Starting today, all public designs will include a selection of reaction icons that you can use to show your admiration or support for your fellow tinkerers."
