Edgecombe County now has a citizen feedback form available on it's website. The purpose of this tool is to provide citizens an opportunity to leave candid feedback on county operations. Citizen's have the opportunity to share a compliment, give a suggestion, make a service request, or leave a complaint. You can also choose the department to receive your feedback. Once submitted, the form is automatically sent to the appropriate department. You may also choose to remain anonymous or provide contact information and someone from the county will follow up! Click on the button below to visit the form.

If yes, the form will be sent to the appropriate department supervisor. However, there will be no follow up.
