for EdgeAI - Trading Assistant

Welcome to EdgeAI - Trading Assistant (“EdgeAI,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EdgeAI mobile application, related software, features, and services (collectively, the “Service”).
By downloading, accessing, subscribing to, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
1. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
EdgeAI - Trading Assistant is an AI-powered stock chart analysis application that allows users to upload screenshots or photographs of financial charts and receive automated AI-generated analysis, observations, and educational insights.
The Service may utilize artificial intelligence technologies and third-party AI providers, including OpenAI, to generate responses and analytical content.
The Service is provided solely for informational and educational purposes.
2. NO FINANCIAL OR INVESTMENT ADVICE
EDGEAI DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, TAX, OR TRADING ADVICE.
All information, analysis, insights, summaries, opinions, alerts, indicators, predictions, and outputs generated through the Service are automatically generated by artificial intelligence systems and are intended solely for informational and educational purposes.
Nothing provided through the Service constitutes:
- investment advice;
- financial advice;
- trading advice;
- a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset;
- a solicitation of any financial transaction.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- financial markets involve substantial risk;
- trading securities may result in loss of money;
- AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misleading, or incorrect;
- past performance does not guarantee future results;
- all trading and investment decisions are made solely at your own risk.
You are solely responsible for evaluating any information generated by the Service and for your own financial and trading decisions.
3. NO BROKERAGE OR ADVISORY SERVICES
EdgeAI is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial institution, or fiduciary.
The Service does not:
- execute trades;
- provide brokerage functionality;
- connect to brokerage accounts;
- hold customer funds or assets;
- provide personalized investment recommendations.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING
Access to the Service requires an active paid subscription purchased through Apple’s App Store.
Subscriptions are billed and managed exclusively by Apple and are subject to Apple’s applicable billing terms and policies.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:
- subscription payments are processed by Apple, not EdgeAI;
- subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before renewal;
- pricing may change at any time where permitted by applicable law;
- refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies.
EdgeAI reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, features, availability, or functionality at any time.
5. USER CONTENT
The Service allows users to upload screenshots, photographs, and other chart-related images (“User Content”).
You retain ownership rights to your User Content.
By uploading User Content to the Service, you grant EdgeAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, analyze, transmit, reproduce, and display such User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, maintaining, and providing the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
- you own or possess all rights necessary to upload your User Content;
- your User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights;
- your User Content does not contain malicious software or harmful material.
EdgeAI reserves the right to remove or restrict any User Content at its sole discretion.
6. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DISCLOSURE
The Service utilizes automated artificial intelligence systems to generate analytical outputs and responses.
You acknowledge and agree that artificial intelligence systems:
- may produce inaccurate or unreliable information;
- may generate false or misleading outputs;
- may fail to reflect real-time market conditions;
- cannot predict future financial performance or market movements.
EdgeAI makes no representations or warranties regarding:
- the accuracy of AI-generated content;
- profitability of trading decisions;
- financial performance;
- reliability of outputs;
- suitability for any purpose.
Use of AI-generated information is entirely at your own risk.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful purposes;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service;
- attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service;
- upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or malicious content;
- circumvent subscription or payment systems;
- use automated systems to scrape, copy, or abuse the Service.
EdgeAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Service, including all software, functionality, branding, interfaces, designs, text, graphics, logos, and proprietary technology, is owned by EdgeAI and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- copy;
- reproduce;
- distribute;
- modify;
- sell;
- reverse engineer;
- exploit;
any portion of the Service without prior written permission.
“EdgeAI - Trading Assistant” and all related branding are proprietary to EdgeAI.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Service may rely on third-party platforms, providers, and infrastructure, including Apple and OpenAI.
EdgeAI is not responsible for:
- third-party services;
- outages;
- interruptions;
- data loss;
- third-party policies or practices.
Your use of third-party services may also be governed by separate third-party terms and privacy policies.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDGEAI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF:
- MERCHANTABILITY;
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
- NON-INFRINGEMENT;
- ACCURACY;
- RELIABILITY;
- AVAILABILITY.
EDGEAI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
- THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED;
- THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE;
- AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE;
- THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDGEAI AND ITS OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- INDIRECT DAMAGES;
- INCIDENTAL DAMAGES;
- CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES;
- SPECIAL DAMAGES;
- LOST PROFITS;
- TRADING LOSSES;
- FINANCIAL LOSSES;
- LOSS OF DATA;
- BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
IF LIABILITY IS FOUND, EDGEAI’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO EDGEAI DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EdgeAI and its owner from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, and costs arising from:
- your use of the Service;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your misuse of AI-generated information;
- your User Content.
13. ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Arizona, United States.
You agree that:
- disputes shall be resolved individually;
- class actions and class arbitrations are waived;
- you waive any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law.
This provision survives termination of these Terms.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to access or use the Service.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
16. TERMINATION
EdgeAI reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason, including violations of these Terms.
You may discontinue use of the Service at any time by canceling your subscription through Apple.
17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
EdgeAI reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms become effective upon posting within the Service or otherwise being made available to users.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. APPLE APP STORE TERMS
You acknowledge and agree that:
- these Terms are between you and EdgeAI, not Apple;
- Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content;
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services;
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms where applicable.
Your use of the Service must also comply with applicable App Store terms and policies.
