What is Edge.AI? 

Edge.AI is an AI-powered MLB prediction app that delivers daily model reads based on machine learning analysis of team stats, pitching matchups, betting odds, and historical data. We provide moneyline predictions for MLB games. 

How is Season ROI calculated? 

Return on Investment (ROI) is calculated using a flat $10 stake per game with a $1,000 starting bankroll. The model tracks every prediction made throughout the season to give you a transparent, real-time view of performance.

What does the Edge percentage mean? 

The Edge % is the difference between our model's estimated win probability and the market's implied probability. A positive edge means our model sees value that the market may be underpricing. 

What is a Premium pick? 

Premium gives you access to all of the model's daily reads for every game, including full stats and analysis, beyond the one free daily pick that is available on the free trial. 

How do I cancel my subscription? 

Cancel anytime via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Edge.AI → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. 

The app isn't loading. What do I do? 

Close and reopen the app. Check your internet connection and make sure the app is updated. Still not working? Email edgeaisupport@gmail.com with your device and iOS version. 

I was charged, but I don't have Premium access. 

First, try restoring your purchase: open the Edge.AI app, go to Settings (bottom right), and tap "Restore Purchases." This usually fixes it instantly. If that doesn't work, email edgeaisupport@gmail.com with your Apple ID email address and the date of the charge. 

Is Edge.AI available on Android?

iOS only for now. Android support may be added in a future update.

What sports does Edge.AI cover? 

Edge.AI currently covers MLB (Major League Baseball) only. We provide moneyline predictions for MLB games throughout the regular season. Additional sports may be added in future updates. 

How often are picks updated? 

New model reads are published daily. Picks for each day's games are available every morning before first pitch. 

Is Edge.AI a gambling app? 

No. Edge.AI provides AI-generated model predictions for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not facilitate wagering, accept bets, or process any financial transactions. Always gamble responsibly and in accordance with the laws in your region.
