1. Introduction

Edge.AI ("we," "us," or "our") provides sports analytics and predictive insights. This policy explains our current data practices. We are based in British Columbia, Canada, and comply with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate your account, manage subscriptions, and provide the app’s features.

• Account Information: When you sign up or log in, we collect your email address. We also use an internal user ID (UUID) generated by Supabase to identify your account.

• Authentication Information: If you use email/password login, your password is handled by Supabase and is not stored directly by the app. If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple may provide an identity token for authentication, which we use for sign-in and do not store directly.

• Subscription Information: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and premium access. This includes purchase history, entitlement status, transaction identifiers, and App Store receipt-related data needed to verify your subscription.

• App Content and Performance Data: The app displays picks, outcomes, odds, probabilities, and performance snapshots such as ROI over time. This information is part of the app’s database and functionality and is not user-generated personal information.

What We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect location data.

• We do not collect contacts.

• We do not collect camera or microphone data.

• We do not directly collect or store your payment card details. In-app purchases are handled by Apple.

• We do not use third-party analytics or crash-reporting tools beyond platform-provided tools such as TestFlight feedback.

• We do not use push notification tokens at this time.

3. How We Collect Information

We collect information in the following ways:

• Directly from You: when you create an account, sign in, or contact support.

• Through Authentication Providers: when Supabase processes account sign-in information and when Apple processes Sign in with Apple authentication.

• Through Subscription Providers: when RevenueCat and Apple provide subscription, entitlement, and purchase-verification information needed to manage premium access.

• Through App Operation: when the app accesses account status, subscription status, and app content needed to provide features and maintain service functionality.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your information only for the purposes necessary to operate the app and provide the service, including:

• creating and managing your account

• authenticating your login

• linking your subscription to your account

• verifying premium access and subscription status

• providing customer support

• maintaining the security and functioning of the app

We do not use your personal information for cross-app tracking, advertising profiling, or sale to data brokers.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party service providers to help operate the app:

• Supabase: used for account authentication and storage of account-related information such as email address, user ID, and account creation data.

• RevenueCat: used to manage in-app subscriptions, entitlement status, purchase history, and related subscription verification data.

• Apple: used for Sign in with Apple and for in-app purchase processing, billing, and subscription renewals.

These providers may process limited personal information as needed to provide their services to us. Their handling of data is also subject to their own privacy practices and policies.

6. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as needed to operate the app and provide subscriptions. This includes sharing limited account and subscription-related information with service providers such as Supabase, RevenueCat, and Apple. We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the security of the app.

7. Tracking and Advertising

• No Cross-App Tracking: Edge.AI does not track your activity across other companies’ apps or websites.

• No Sale of Personal Information: We do not sell your personal information to third parties or data brokers.

• No Advertising Profiles: We do not use your information to build advertising profiles for third-party marketing purposes

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Deleting the app from your device does not automatically delete your account or personal information from our systems.

Deleting your account will remove your personal information from our app and our systems, subject to any information we are required to retain for legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes. Some information held by third-party service providers, such as RevenueCat, may not be deleted automatically as part of this process. If you would like information associated with your account deleted from third-party providers where applicable, please contact us at the support email below.

9. Children’s Privacy

Edge.AI is intended for users aged 19 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under this age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 19, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy and may provide additional notice within the app where appropriate. Your continued use of the Edge.AI app after any updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised policy.
