Issues While Playing Prime Video Titles

What to do when Prime Video titles won't play or if you see error codes such as 1007, 1022, 5001, 7003, 7005, 7031, 7135, 7202, 7203, 7204, 7206, 7207, 7230, 7250, 7251, 7301, 7303, 7305, 7306, 8020, 9003, 9074.

Close the Prime Video app on your device (or your web browser, if you're watching on your computer).
Restart your computer or connected device.
Ensure that your device or web browser has the latest updates.
For updates on the Chrome web browser, enter chrome://settings/help in the address bar to check for updates. You can also select the menu icon, select Help, then select About Google Chrome to check for updates.
For updates on the Firefox web browser, select the menu icon, then select Help, then select About Firefox, to initiate an update check.
For updates on Fire Tablet devices, open the Settings menu, then select Device Options. Select System Updates, then Updates: Check Now.
For updates on Fire TV devices, open the Settings menu, then select My Fire TV. Select About, then Check for System Update.
Ensure that you’re not using the same account on multiple devices - you can only stream the same title to two devices at a time.
Ensure that any external device is connected to your TV or display using an HDMI cable that’s compatible with HDCP 1.4 (for HD content) or HDCP 2.2 (for UHD and/or HDR content).
Pause other Internet activity – especially if other devices are using the network at the same time.
Check your Internet connection. You may need to restart your connected device and/or router.
If you’re able to connect to the Internet on other devices, update your connect device’s DNS settings. Please check with your device’s manufacturer for further details.
Deactivate any VPN or proxy servers.

Install Prime Video on Your Devices

Using the Prime Video app you’ll be able to watch Prime Video.

The Prime Video app is available on a range of televisions, Amazon devices, mobile devices, Blu-ray players, games consoles, and streaming media devices.

Open the app store on your device.
Search for "Prime Video" - then download and install the app.
Open the Prime Video app.
Register your device: there are several ways to register the Prime Video app on your device. If you have the Prime Video mobile app on a mobile device connected to the same home network as the device you're signing in, you may get a notification to sign in from the mobile app. You may also see a QR code to scan or a code to enter on the Register a Device page
Some devices show a QR code to scan using your mobile device, or have the option to Sign in and Start Watching, using your Amazon account information.
