User ID / Username — provided by your school administrator to access the app
Password — used for authentication purposes only
Accounts are created and managed by the school administrator. Users cannot create accounts within the app.

The information collected is used exclusively for:
Authenticating users and granting access to the app
Providing personalized learning content based on the student's profile
We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties.
4. Data Storage
User data is stored securely in our database. We do not store any data locally on your device beyond what is necessary for the app to function.
5. Children's Privacy
EdFusion is designed for use by students from Playgroup (PG) to Grade 8, which includes children under the age of 13. We are committed to complying with applicable children's privacy laws and the Google Play Families Policy.
We do not knowingly collect personal information beyond what is required for authentication
All accounts are created and controlled by school administrators, not by children directly
We do not display ads or share children's data with third parties

We take reasonable measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. All data is transmitted securely.

EdFusion does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
