Dependencies

Running source code requires MATLAB (MathWorks), MATLAB Image Processing Toolbox, MATLAB Optimization Toolbox (optional) and MATLAB Parallel Computing Toolbox (optional).

Running Windows executable requires MATLAB Compiler Runtime R2016b (Windows 9.1).
