Empathy is the ability to understand and share the feelings of another. It involves being able to imagine
what someone else might be thinking or feeling by placing yourself in their situation. 

The doll is a form of empathy performance, it allows the viewer to observe and spark thoughts, feelings, and imagination.

The importance of listening, caring, sharing and making an eye contact, and a physical contact reinforces the idea of a meaningful, empathic connection.  

The physical connection between the Heads, hands and feet of the two figures illustrates the corridor of thoughts and feelings that are transmitted in a recirculation from one to the other.
