Sprint, Jump, Hurdle, Throw, Run - Join us for another great summer Track & Field experience.  Eden Valley T&F is intended to allow athletes the opportunity to learn, practice, and compete (if they wish) in running, sprinting, jumping, and throwing events.  

Our 60 - 90 minute practices are organized with a team warm-up, event-specific training, a fun conditioning activity, and a cool down that concludes each session.  

Events include: 

Short Sprints (60 m, 100 m, 200 m, and 400 m), Hurdles, LongJump, Triple Jump, Shot Put, Discus Throw,      Distance Running (800m, 1500 m, 3000m)
