Sprint, Jump, Hurdle, Throw, Run - Join us for another great summer Track & Field experience. Eden Valley T&F is intended to allow athletes the opportunity to learn, practice, and compete (if they wish) in running, sprinting, jumping, and throwing events.
Our 60 - 90 minute practices are organized with a team warm-up, event-specific training, a fun conditioning activity, and a cool down that concludes each session.
Events include:
Short Sprints (60 m, 100 m, 200 m, and 400 m), Hurdles, LongJump, Triple Jump, Shot Put, Discus Throw, Distance Running (800m, 1500 m, 3000m)
Eden Valley Summer Track & Field
The Summer of 2024 is quickly approaching. Eden Valley Summer Track and Field will start in early July.
Athletes 7 - 18 years old can join The Eden Valley T&F Club. Registration Fee is $40 ($100 Family Maximum)

PRACTICE: We plan to practice on Monday & Wednesday evenings from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm (dates/times may change) at the Eden High School track (3150 Schoolview Road, Eden, NY 14057).
COMPETITIONS: Optional Meets are run at area High Schools - Athletes are not required to go to these Track and Field meets (which are mostly on Thursdays) - Meets generally start at 6 pm and can run up to 3-4 hours. More information will be forthcoming.
SCRIMMAGES: We plan to scrimmage the Lake Shore T&F Club (one at Eden HS and One at Lake Shore HS) on a Monday or Wednesday - specific dates are "To Be Determined"
IN-PERSON REGISTRATION
Athletes can register for the Summer of 2024 Eden Valley Track & Field Club at the Eden HS Track (3150 Schoolview Rd., Eden, NY 14057) on June 26th, 2024, from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm at the Eden High School Track (Snack Stand) 3150 Schoolview Rd. Eden, NY 14057 - and at any of the scheduled practices (Mondays and Wednesdays in the month of July).
Registration Fee is $40 ($100 Family Maximum), which can be paid by Check or Cash.
