2. Local Files and Game Data
Game files, save files, save states, BIOS files, settings, and other emulator-related files you choose to use may be accessed by the app only as needed to provide emulation, library management, importing, exporting, saving, and restoring features.
3. Internet Access
The app may use an internet connection to download emulator components, game metadata, artwork, updates, or homebrew content made available through the app. The servers providing this content may automatically receive standard technical information such as your IP address and device/network information as part of normal internet communication.
4. Cloud Save or Sync
If you choose to use an optional cloud save or synchronization feature, the files you select may be transmitted to the cloud service used for that feature. The handling of that data is also subject to the privacy policy of the relevant cloud provider.
5. Data Sharing and Sale
We do not sell your personal information. We do not intentionally share personal information with third parties except when necessary to provide a feature you choose to use, such as downloading content or cloud synchronization.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored emulator data remains on your device until you delete it, remove it through the app, or uninstall the app. Data stored with an external cloud provider is controlled by that provider and can be managed through the applicable service.

The app is not designed to collect personal information from children.

We take reasonable steps to limit data access to what is needed for the app's features. No method of electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
